Offerings

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all.

Offering individual, relational, and intensive experiences designed to meet you where you are—supporting healing from the past and helping you move toward a more connected and meaningful life.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers the opportunity to explore your experiences, patterns, and internal world with curiosity and care. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels supportive—helping you process what you’ve been through while building greater capacity, clarity, and self-trust.

This work may support:

  • Trauma and unresolved experiences

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional dysregulation

  • Life transitions, identity, and sense of self

  • A desire for deeper meaning, connection, and joy

Relational Therapy

Relational therapy focuses on the patterns that shape how you relate to one another—often influenced by past experiences and attachment histories. This work supports more honest communication, meaningful repair, and a greater sense of safety and connection within relationships.

This may include:

  • Improving communication and reducing conflict

  • Repairing trust and strengthening connection

  • Navigating transitions or family dynamics

  • Creating a more secure and supportive relational environment

Therapy Intensives

Intensives offer the space to move through meaningful material without the limitations of weekly sessions. This format allows for depth, continuity, and the opportunity to engage in the work more fully.

They can be especially helpful for:

  • Working through specific events or themes

  • Moving through places that feel stuck

  • Beginning therapy with focused intention

  • Individuals or couples seeking deeper, more immediate shifts

Outdoor Therapy

Outdoor therapy combines professional support with the grounding benefits of nature and fresh air. Whether walking side-by-side or sitting in a quiet coastal spot, this setting helps regulate the nervous system, reduce session pressure, and spark new perspectives..

This may include:

  • Walk and Talk sessions for rhythmic, bilateral processing

  • Stationary outdoor sessions in quiet, scenic Carlsbad locations

  • Integrating somatic grounding techniques in a natural environment

  • Reducing "face-to-face" intensity to help discuss sensitive topics
