Therapy Intensives
Dedicated time to explore what matters most with the depth and continuity meaningful change often requires.
A Space to go Deeper.
Therapy intensives offer the opportunity to move through meaningful material without the limitations of weekly sessions.
By setting aside dedicated time, we can slow down, stay with what matters, and engage the work more fully. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or hoping to create lasting change, intensives provide space for deeper exploration, integration, and momentum.

-
Weekly therapy provides ongoing support over time, while an intensive allows us to spend several hours working with a particular experience, pattern, relationship, or area of focus without needing to stop after a traditional session length.
-
Intensives may be appropriate for individuals, couples, families, or other relational systems depending on the goals of the work.
