ABOUT
After years of balancing organizational leadership and clinical practice, I’ve come to deeply understand the weight of being the one others rely on. Therapists, leaders, and organizations are often asked to hold complexity, move quickly, and care deeply—all at once.
This work is about tending to the people doing the tending- so they can continue to show up with clarity, presence, and intention.
